- SLA breaches
- High priority tickets
Health Levels¶
- 🟢 Good (≥80) - Healthy
- 🟡 Fair (60-80) - Minor issues
- 🟠Needs Attention (40-60) - Review required
- 🔴 Critical (<40) - Immediate action
